THE MOBILE SAFARI
In 1978, Taylors Africa Safaris was founded by Professional Guide, Piers Taylor. It is now run by both himself and son, Charles, as a family run, hands on safari company. Based in Zimbabwe offering a range of safaris filled with adventure and exploration like no other, Taylors Africa Safaris operates in Victoria Falls, Hwange National Park and Matobo National Park offering a multi-faceted trip solely facilitated by Taylor Africa Safaris.
We believe going on safari is a journey that immerses the senses and awakens the spirit. Our priority at Taylors Africa is to take our clients on a once in a lifetime journey through the Western side of Zimbabwe starting in Victoria Falls.
VIC FALLS
- Airport pick-up depending on flight arrival times, Taylors Africa will collect you from VF International Airport and transfer you to your selected accommodation. In the evening, dinner will be The Boma Dinner and Drum Show. Drinks sold separately.
VIC FALLS TO HWANGE NATIONAL PARK
Breakfast
- A leisurely breakfast at the Shearwater Explorer’s Village.
Morning Activity
- Off to see the Falls. Client to pay directly at entrance gate.
Lunch
- At the Lookout Café, clients to settle bill directly with restaurant.
Afternoon Activity
- 2pm Helicopter Flight of the Angels. This is an absolute MUST experience and is without a doubt the best way to see Victoria Falls.
Dinner
- Sunset Dinner Cruise on the Zambezi.

- A leisurely breakfast at the Shearwater Explorer’s Village. Breakfast included in the package.

- Departure to Hwange National Park (2’/ to 3hr) drive to camp.
Lunch
- Bush picnic packed lunch will be provided as we are en-route to Lodge
Afternoon Activity
- Check into Safari Lodge accommodation in Hwange. Unpack and relax. Be ready for an afternoon sunset game drive.
Dinner
- Dinner at Safari Lodge in south of Hwange National Park.

- Check out of lodge and transfer to Bulawayo (Joshua Nkomo International Airport) to catch afternoon flight out of Zimbabwe

OUR VEHICLES
Our vehicles are brand new custom built, year 2022 land cruisers that seat 10 clients and 1 guide comfortably we have gone this route of custom building our verbals as this allows us to use one vehicle the entire safari and there are fully registered in Victoria falls national park Hwange national park and Matobo national park.They Very comfortable and work well on open roads or in the safari parks.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- A Commitment Fee of 20% of the total booking value is required in order to confirm your booking. This fee is not refundable as it covers the services in planning, coordinating and managing your booking.
- Any bank charges, payment fees or card fees incurred by the Guest in making any payment to TAMS are for the Guests account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation of a booking 60 or more days before the date of travel will result in forfeiture of the 20% Commitment fee paid to confirm the itinerary.
- Cancellation of a booking between 60 days before the date of travel will incur a 50% Cancellation Fee based on the total value of the itinerary (the 50% cancellation fee includes the 20% Commitment Fee paid on acceptance).
- Cancellation of a booking 60 days or less prior to date of travel will incur 100% Cancellation Fee based on the total value of the itinerary (the 100% cancellation fee includes the 20% Commitment Fee paid on acceptance).
* Note that Taylors Africa Safaris is the only Safari Company in Zimbabwe that is registered in All three National Parks (Vic Falls, Hwange and Matopos) which allows us to conduct game drive and transfer safaris. This gives us the advantage of being able to provide a safari from airport to airport using one operator, giving you a seamless Safari and Travel Experience.
Please note your guide/driver will accompany you throughout your safari and will handle any necessary logistics and ground handling.
